This is the official King Cup Sardines website, operated by Permex Producer and Exporter Corporation.

What information is collected

You can browse this website without creating an account. If you voluntarily join the recipe interest list, we collect the email address you submit. If you use the contact form, we collect your inquiry type, first name, email address, message, consent, and any optional contact, product, purchase, location, business, or delivery details you provide. When you visit, basic technical details such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, and the time of the request may be recorded automatically by our hosting provider.

Why this information is used

Contact-form information is used to review your inquiry, respond using the details you provide, and maintain an inquiry record. Recipe-interest email addresses are used to maintain a voluntary list for possible future King Cup recipe updates. We are not currently sending newsletter emails. We use hosting data to deliver the website, keep it secure, and fix problems. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect limited information about pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and page-performance measurements. These services are designed without cookies and report anonymized or aggregated information. We do not use this information for advertising personalization or sell personal information.

Website hosting

Vercel hosts this website for us and processes technical information on our behalf. Vercel may use request logs and related information to provide, maintain, and protect its hosting service. Google Forms and Sheets storage

Information submitted through the contact form and email addresses submitted through the recipe interest form are transferred to Google Forms and stored in connected Google Sheets controlled by King Cup or Permex. Google processes this information as a service provider. You can read the Google Privacy Policy for more information. We retain entries until they are no longer needed for their stated purpose or you ask us to delete your information.

Our Facebook, YouTube, and Google Maps links take you to other websites. Their own privacy notices apply once you leave this site.

Your privacy rights
